Dear Church Family,
 
Please pray for Chase & Daphne Davidson, and for their newborn baby, Madelyn Elaine.  They are excited to welcome this new baby to their family, and Daphne is having a healthy recovery.  However, today they began to be concerned as Madelyn exhibited some possible seizure-like symptoms.  The family is being moved now from AMC over to UVA for further testing.  Chase asked that I notify the congregation, and so I ask that we pray for them and we notify others to intercede for them as well.
 
Pray for safe travel, strength, and peace for Chase & Daphne.  Pray for healing and strength for Madelyn, and for wisdom for her caregivers.  May the Davidsons experience the presence, power, and loving care of the Holy Spirit in this time.
 
I will send you another update as their situation progresses.

I was just talking with Chris Carpenter ( my friend from High School and Tammy Ryder's Cousin). He lives here in Florida and yesterday he burnt his hand on the job with a 2nd degree burn. He said he had to take Worker's Comp, although he didn't want to.

He asked me to be praying for him...for healing and also mainly that he would NOT loose his job. FLORIDA is a "right to work" state, meaning they can fire you for any reason that the employer sees fit.

So...I am passing along the request....he said the more people praying about his job...the better.
